Are you a Pastor?
Leading a church is one of the most demanding roles that exist. The pressure to be all things to all people is enormous, and unsustainable. According to recent studies, nearly 1,500 pastors leave the ministry each month and only 1 in 10 pastors make it to retirement age. The purpose of God for your life didn't change but burnout, poor practices, lack of boundaries and lack of support make it nearly impossible to find your "win." It is when we don't see a path that leads to a win, that we begin to lose heart. That's where a coach can really be a benefit. If you are eager to step into another level of effectiveness we should talk. If you are ready to quit, we really need to talk! Remember why you went into ministry? You wanted to make a difference. We can help you rediscover your vision, and partner with you to achieve your dreams.
"Pastor Phil is a man who seeks to know God in an intimate and personal way that has an effect on every aspect of his life. His love for Jesus is expressed in his love for the bride of Christ and in his pursuit of "the Way, the Truth, and the Life" of Jesus Christ!"
- Walter Mcleod,
Lead Pastor of Veritas Church
Business Owner or Director?
You might be thinking, "What is a pastor/life coach going to be able to provide that will help me in the marketplace?" The assumption is that ministers only study the Bible and teach Biblical principles on the weekend. It is true, we do study and teach the Bible, but we also lead corporations. Some of us started a non-profit from scratch, which means we didn't have much money to start with or a product to sell. We didn't have a budget to pay people or to do expensive marketing either. That's how my journey began, and today the ministry/corporation has millions of dollars in assets and 14 full-time employees, giving away hundreds of thousands of pounds of food annually. I have learned that there is very little difference between effectively leading a successful ministry (non-profit), and a for-profit business, division, or department. I have the know-how and experience to help you.
"Phil is comfortable in his skin, confident in his identity, and open hearted. He makes it easy to feel comfortable."

Owner of AW Collision Center
